She is student focused and observant in class so she may help optimize her students practice according to their individual needs. Well versed in anatomy and physiology, dedicated to the spiritual aspects of the practice with over a decade of experience teaching a variety of yoga styles around the world, Alexia will meet you where you are at and guide you to where you want to be.

Flow-style yoga is a dynamic and rhythmic form of yoga that seamlessly links breath with movement, creating a meditative yet invigorating practice. It involves flowing sequences of postures that transition smoothly from one to another, helping to cultivate strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.

Specifically, this style of yoga activates the musculatory system by engaging multiple muscle groups in fluid, continuous motions, much like moving through a dance. This consistent activation helps stimulate bone-building processes, supporting bone density and overall skeletal health. Saturday mornings are for sea, sunshine, community and yoga. On the lawn near limassols most beautiful and pristine beach, we practice a gentle hatha class supported by a fantastic playlist. This class is designed with the intention to activate your weekend vibe, connect you to your heart & body, reclaiming your energy from all that has transpired during the working week. It is suitable to most as the focus is on the body’s energetics rather than the need to achieve any particular shape or pace within the practice.
