The Peaceful Warrior Retreat: Lysos, Cyprus

A three-day, two-night, full board retreat of embodied inner peace, outer peace, world peace

In a world of upheaval, practicing the pause, is radical courage. The pause is a sacred balancer: a refuge that prevents burnout and helps each next step be wise, steady, and alive. It signals to the world that you are not willing to compromise your health, your joy. your peace, in order to serve a sytem that is designed to deplete you. When anger, frustration, anxiety and stress live comfortably in your field yet happiness, inspiration and hope feel distant and difficult to access, the sacred balance has been disrupted. Your value isn’t tied to constant busyness, perpetual urgency, endless output, or constant engagement and productivity.

Reclaiming your sovereignty, setting peaceful boundaries and intentionally scheduling a time to pause allows you to return back to wholeness. It creates an opening for you to witness your life’s path, gather insight, and move forward with choice and wholehearted intention. The pause is where creativity, aliveness, clarity, grounded joy, and purpose arise. Within this energy, we radiate a steadiness, a grounded wisdom, a frequency of true peace.

Join us for the 3‑day, 2‑nightThe Peaceful Warrior Retreat intended to give you space to be with yourself outside of the pressures, character play and rush of everyday life, to slow down and access the essence of peace that lives within.

Set beside tranquil blue and green landscapes, olive groves and pine trees, the retreat blends gentle yoga, guided meditation, somatic grounding, nonverbal embodiment practices, and intensive deep‑listening dyads. Over three days you’ll cultivate embodied presence and practical micro‑practices that steady your nervous system, sharpen your voice, and help you show up as a warrior of the light, in your home, work, and community. After all, peace begins within.

  • The yoga classes were soft and gentle, without any need to push myself. I especially loved the more nurturing yin yoga sessions, which made me feel deeply relaxed and grounded in my body

    —Previous retreat participant

  • Having meditation and yoga first thing in the morning, is one of the best ways for someone to start their day. I really appreciated how Alexia customised the classes to our needs and provided them in a simple way that we could continue the practice at home and make it part of our everyday routine.

    — retreat participant

  • "Every detail was thoughtfully executed."

    —retreat participant

  • The group was open, caring, and respectful. This made me feel safe. I felt seen, heard, and connected, and it was inspiring to share and learn alongside such a nice group of people. The positive energy and understanding in the group made the experience feel really meaningful.

    —retreat participant

  • Alexia always seemed to know exactly when any of the women in the group needed her most. She would attend to them in such a way that she made it feel effortless, gentle, and deeply reassuring.

    - retreat participant

  • Alexia’s presence by itself is a peaceful and open invitation to be yourself , helps me to be authentic and open to the experience. She has the ability to recognize and see your soul, and for me this was key in always feeling safe to be myself. Her knowledge is very deep, coming from lived experience and her own ethos, and she shares it beautifully without positioning herself as the ‘teacher,’ but rather as a woman who is also searching, experiencing, and growing with us. Even though we were many women from different ages, origins, and stages of life, she brought us together equally in the circle, helping us merge and connect while making sure we all felt seen and taken care of in every aspect. She managed every detail, from our daily physical needs to holding such empowering circles as rituals and containers where we could speak and share.
