We begin with ceremonial cacao—heart medicine sourced in reverence—as we open the sacred container.

With intention, we invoke the frequencies of Sirius, Isis, Aphrodite, and the Lion-Hearted Lineage.

This sacred drink softens the heart and expands the light body into the cosmic grid, awakening remembrance encoded in your soul.

Ecstatic Dance Journey: The Body as Temple
Barefoot, unguarded, and free—we dance.
Guided by ancestral rhythms and celestial soundscapes, your movement becomes a prayer, a remembrance, a reclamation.

ECSTATIC DANCE GUIDELINES
To honour the integrity of this space, we ask that you:

Dance with presence – no phones, no alcohol, no substances, no cameras.

Dance barefoot – to connect with the ground and your natural rhythm.

Dance without words – the body is the voice; silence deepens the collective field.

Dance with respect – honour your space and others'. Move alone or with consent.

Please note: Any violation of these guidelines will result in removal from the dance floor. This is a sacred space, and we uphold it as such.

WHAT TO BRING

Wear something you can move and feel magical in (gold, white encouraged)

Crystals or sacred items for the altar

Open heart + bare feet

A water bottle (zero-waste policy — no single-use plastic)

Mosquito repellent is advised on hot summer nights in our garden
