Join us this October for Persephone’s Wisdom Circle, a sacred gathering beneath the Harvest Full Moon, where I invite you to explore the eternal cyclical way of death and rebirth that Persephone embodies, an archetype that resonates profoundly in our lives today.
Her story is a personal reminder that transformation often requires us to descend into our shadows, confront our fears, and trust the natural cycles of change. Like her, we can learn to surrender to the darkness, knowing it holds the key to rebirth and renewal.
Persephone’s journey is a mirror of our own inner process, psychologically, spiritually, and emotionally. She teaches us that embracing the parts of ourselves we often avoid, the shadows we’d rather hide, is essential for true healing. Freud spoke of this descent into the unconscious as vital for growth, and her myth invites us to trust the alchemy within, to accept life’s ebb and flow as sacred.
Living on this land, steeped in the ancient energies of Greece and Cyprus, where the stories of gods and goddesses like Demeter, Persephone, and Hades echo through time, their power still guides us to reflect on what this year has brought up in us so far. The serpent year of 2025 connected to the themes of transformation and rebirth, echo Persephone's myth.
How has this year reflected the story of Persephone within your life? In what ways have you willingly or even unknowingly descended into your shadows, confronting the parts of yourself that yearn to be seen, healed, and ultimately reborn?
As the cycle prepares to turn, with the Harvest Moon illuminating our path, what remnants of old identity, attachment, or limiting belief are still calling for release before the year's end?
What fears or illusions are you ready to surrender into the sacred earth, trusting in the divine love that is always guiding your evolution?
What divine gifts are you calling forth as you honor the depths of your darkness and rise into the light of your highest truth?
Let these questions be a mirror and a prayer, an invitation to sink deeply into your sacred truth and to set your soul’s intention for what is sacredly unfolding in your life.
Together, we’ll craft a ritual rooted in honoring the cycles of nature, and our deepest inner truth.
Guided by Mama Cacao’s gentle medicine and herbal teas I’ve crafted with love, I invite you to deepen your connection to your inner clarity and wisdom. And as you share it, may it activate inspiration within each and everyone of us, as we see our own lives and intentions, shortcomings and difficult moments reflected in the mirror of the collective. Remembering, we are not alone.
This space is for all of us, men and women, to plant seeds of gratitude, trust in the unseen, and harvest the hidden treasures within darkness.
Dress comfortably, bring offerings to honor Persephone’s powerful journey, and prepare to connect with your own divine process.
Let’s embrace her fearless descent and triumphant return trusting the sacred process, celebrating our shadows, and awakening into new life together in this beautiful land that holds the echoes of her eternal story.

All are warmly welcomed, whether you have attended one of our events in the past or are curious about wisdom circles, please do reach out to ask any questions you may have, no matter how small you think they may be! And no, this is not a cult gathering, this is a space for humans to come together over a cup of cacao rather than alcohol, to foster a sense of shared belonging in a world that makes real life connections difficult, awkward and/or exclusive.
Warmly, Alexia
