Dancing barefoot, free of substances, you surrender to the rhythm: releasing stress, opening the heart, awakening your joy.
It’s a sacred practice rooted in ancient traditions, used across cultures to transform consciousness, unlock emotions, and connect us to the divine within.
After 90 minutes of dance, we’ll flow into sacred integration, supporting your body, mind, and spirit to harmonize through a guided sound journey and reflection. Nothing is required but your authentic self, whether you’re experienced or new to dance.
